Castellated Panel System 1

A screeded system using rigid recycled plastic panels encapsulating pipe within a liquid screed, offering a system with a rapid, high heat output.

Using 16mm pipe, this system is compatible with both solid and structural timber floor constructions and is capable of offering a system build up lower than a traditional sand and cement screeded system.

Panels are secured following manufacturer guidelines and pipe is laid securely between the panels following the system design layout. Edging insulation to be secured to the perimeter of rooms. Optional insulation layer can be installed beneath the panel if height build up permits. Additional waterproof barriers and taping required to receive liquid screed. Screed level of 45mm-50mm.

Once laid, system can be pressure tested and monitored for 24 hours before screed is installed. 

 

Optional pipe spacings allow for pipe layout to accommodate various heat source requirements.

System is versatile and allows for different floor build ups and various floor finishes.
