Joisted Rockwool Plated System

A joisted system ideal for irregular spaced joists. System uses Rockwool Insulation and pre-grooved Aluminium diffusion trays, designed to be installed between joists offering a system with no additional floor build up.

Rockwool Insulation is secured between the joists to finish tight and flush with top of joists. Aluminium diffusion tray is secured to joists and sits tight with top of Rockwool. 16mm pipe is tightly secured within the grooves of the aluminium trays and finishes flush with the top of the joists. Aluminium tray ensures even and effective heat distribution whilst the Rockwool insulation counteracts downward heat loss.

Once laid, system can be pressure tested and monitored for 24 hours before

18mm engineered floor boards or tile backer boards are installed to joists to

receive finished floor.
