Foil Overboard System

A low profile system using a high compressive strength foil covered pre grooved
insulation panel.

Pre grooved and covered in an aluminium layer, this system is compatible with
both solid and timber floor constructions.

Available in 16mm or 20mm, panels are glued to a suitable sub floor to receive
either 12mm or 16mm pipe.

Pipe is tightly secured within the grooves and finishes flush with the top of the
panel. Foil layer ensures even and effective heat distribution whilst the
insulation panel counteracts downward heat loss.

Additional grooves added to the panels may be necessary to effectively follow system design layout.

Once laid, the system can be pressure tested and monitored for 24 hours before
the boards are primed and a minimum of 5mm latex is poured to receive finished
floor. Tiles can be installed direct to the panel after a suitable primer is used.

Panels are available in both 150 centres.
